Important:

It is your responsibility to give us full details of your delivery instructions. Please provide us with a mobile or land line phone number. Where possible, please provide us with an alternative delivery point; E.G, a neighbour or somewhere accessible and dry. Please refer to our delivery terms below, together with our CONDITIONS OF SALE page.
Delivery

Every effort is made to process and deliver your order within 2 to 3 days. (UK mainland). For customers with a delivery address in the Scottish Highlands and Islands and UK Islands additional charges are offered at the point of sale. For Pallet orders please contact us. If you live outside U.K. please contact us for a quote.
Heavy pallet orders will arrive on a tail lift lorry with a pallet truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to accept delivery, once off loaded from the lorry. Any damage occurring after the point of leaving the vehicle tail lift is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware that some drivers will assist where possible, however, they do so at their discretion and only at the customer’s request and responsibility.
Refunds

In the unlikely event that you wish to return any or all of your goods, it is your responsibility to do so. You must notify us in writing or email, within a period of 7 days. On receipt of your goods in good condition and with no damaged packaging, we will refund your purchase in full, together with the cost of your return transport. We will only pay reasonable Haulier or Postage charges. Please contact us for advise.
Collections

If any order is cancelled after it has left us, you will be responsible for its return and the cost of the delivery and return. This applies even if the consignment is refused on delivery.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
​
Fuel will be charged at 5%. All other items with be 20%. The V.A.T. will be included in your purchase price and a VAT receipt can be requested by contacting us with your order number by email to penfuels@aol.co.uk. (Resellers will be charged 20% on all goods). These charges can vary at the Government's discretion.
